YIPPEE finally I got this finished.. it has been sitting in my stash for 2 years! EEK! I just had the BG paper and bling frame nothing else! So last night I just finished it..
Added some swirls, the word joy.. more bling.. and the BIG layered snowflake.. cut from my cricut.. and glittered in that snow glitter I am LOVING.. and topped with a button!! Using my spica glitter pen (clear!) I went around the inking on the edges.. and over the stamped images.. you cant really tell BUT IRL it gives it a twinkle!!! 
I took a photo out of another frame just to use.. but I like it in there with all the blues.. so it is staying! LOL!!!
Hoping to get one more altered for my grandmas birthday! wish me luck! LOL!

I will give you all ONE guess whos stamps I used!!!  I LOVE them.. I am ADDICTED!!! Good thing since in the last year I have bought more sets then I can admit in writing!!!

Beth do those pens get clogged though as I have noticed that with glitter pens?
Your frame is adorable!
Oh and your stamps are by that one company you linked us to right? I can't remember their name though.

Simply gorgeous Beth!!!! I don't have a Spica pen but I did just find one by Gelly Roll /Sakura that is called Clear Star...It is awesome!!! Leaves a subtle sparkle.

Jan.. I hope you find some creative time this weekend!!
Terri NOOOO they dont get clogged like other pens.. that is why I LOVE them! LOL!! that and they have so many colors!! They recommend you keep them laying on their side.. I have never had a problem with them!
Diane I LOVE that pen too.. I had it first! LOL!! It is a good one too!
Stamps are from Papertrey Ink!
